INDIVIDUAL INVESTOR

As an individual investor, you invest as a natural person, which means that the financing (if necessary) and the title to the property are in your name. Federal regulations, as well as those of each state, must be evaluated in detail, since the benefits and requirements for the foreign investor (natural person) vs. Corporations vary. We help you evaluate the available options so that you can choose the one that best suits you according to your investment plans.
FRIENDS AND FAMILY

This investment model works like a cooperative, in which a small group of friends and family members create a real estate company (REIC) to invest in property. The properties are owned by the REIC and the income and expenses are shared by the group. This allows each member to own a percentage of the properties and create their investment portfolio. This is a simple model that requires attention, but is not regulated by the government like a securities investment fund.
INVESTMENT FUNDS

This investment model presents an opportunity for sophisticated investors who want to participate in large property purchases or property packages (bulk purchase). The proposal is presented and must be reviewed in detail by the investor, and we recommend having an attorney review these documents. Once the investor is qualified to participate, the fund lends money to others or invests in property directly and offers a fixed return. Some of these mutual funds may qualify to help the investor obtain residency in the United States.
